The array of projects we have funded include teaching programmes, such as pre-school learning, tuition programmes and also skills training programs for non-academically inclined students. We understand that one of the best ways is to work with partners who have the ability to reach the grassroots directly.
We have also supported sports, leadership, and performing arts programmes for underprivileged students as we know that self-confidence and motivation are fundamental traits to their success.

As for whom we are keen to reach out to, the Foundation is particularly sensitive to the needs of the most marginalised, in particular the Orang Asli in the Peninsula, the Kadazans in Sabah and the Ibans and Bidayuhs in Sarawak. We are also mindful of the needs of the urban poor and hard-core poor communities outside larger Malaysian cities such as Kapar and Kuala Selangor.
