The SPARK Camp has been an ECM Libra Foundation anchor project and a successful collaboration with Leaderonomics Youth, EPSOM College in Malaysia and Air Asia since 2014. Every year-end, we bring together about 100 teenagers from all over Malaysia for a 7-day leadership camp.

More than just academic achievements, we believe that our youth can benefit from an experiential programme with the following objectives:
  • To help participants discover their leadership potential
  • To provide essential leadership tools and motivate participants to make a difference in their communities
  • To encourage unity by building a deeper understanding between cultures and a sense of appreciation for the multicultural society in Malaysia
Over the last six years, participants have rated the camp highly and noted that they have greater self-confidence and leadership skills, are better at building inter-cultural relationships, learnt how to work as a team, and overcome the fear of public speaking. Because of the rich experience, we see past participants returning to the camp as volunteers to guide new campers.
