ECM Libra Foundation worked with 11 well established non-government organisations

They include:

• Pertiwi Soup Kitchen
• Kechara Soup Kitchen
• Yayasan Chow Kit
• Human Aid Society Selangor
• Persatuan Jaringan Shalom Kuantan
• Light of Shalom Society
• Good Shepherd Services
• Global Peace Foundation Malaysia (GPF)
• Sisters of Janal Amal
• Women:girls, and
• 4x4 Relief Malaysia.

The Foundation also worked with the Member of Parliament for Lembah Pantai Fahmi Fadzil to provide food aid to vulnerable constituents. The Foundation also worked closely with volunteers such as Caremongers Ampang to help migrant workers and urban poor.

Working with Member of Parliament for Bukit Mertajam, Steven Sim, the Foundation provides food aid to about 400 families a month in his constituency. Besides that, the Foundation also paid for the renting of the Vangohh Machang Bubok Hotel as a vaccination center in Bukit Mertajam whereby 2000 vaccines per day would be administered for three months, starting from August 2021.
