In the past, ECM Libra Foundation had offered scholarships such as the Datuk Roger Tan Memorial Scholarship and the ASEAN Scholarship to students with limited financial resources to pursue their tertiary education.

These scholarships were set up with specific objectives in mind and the Foundation has deemed that they have been accomplished. As such, no scholarships are currently being offered now.
