SEMOA is a non-profit charitable and non-governmental organization founded by Cheah Kim Hock and Rajen Velu. They built a center in Kg. Tras, Pahang where the Orang Asli school children from the interiors of Pahang, Selangor and Negeri Sembilan can stay to attend regular school in Tras. Currently the center houses 55 school-going children who attend primary and secondary schools in Raub.
ECM Libra Foundation funded the building of a mini pond which harvests rain water for use by the center. The water is used for laundry and general cleaning purposes which help to cut down their monthly utility bill.
