Datuk Lim Kian Onn was a former student of the school. The Foundation donated RM150,000 towards SK St Paul where a new block was built to cater for a school library and a few rooms used as classrooms, TV room and IT room.

As for SMK St Paul, the Foundation donated RM1.6million towards the building of a new multipurpose hall which was aptly named as Dewan Yayasan ECM Libra.
